As an automotive electrical service organization and our aim is to have a clear customer focus so that we will ensure that customer requirements are determined and met, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.

We have provided a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and by encouraging training and providing the necessary equipment and resources to our employees we will aim to achieve the highest quality of service to our customers and maintain this level throughout the organization.

This method will be kept under constant review and techniques will be improved whenever and wherever necessary.

It is therefore an important requirement of this policy for Romac Electrical Service to produce and supply customers with products and services, which are suitable for their intended purposes.

We achieve our aims with a Quality Management System that is continually reviewed and complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
